I am a Golden TeraMai™️ Reiki and Akasha Seichem Master Practitioner and Teacher, with 15 years’ experience. I was attuned by Kathleen Ann Milner who holds the worldwide Trademark for all TeraMai Reiki.

I only give the standardised Tera Mai initiations as outlined by Kathleen and work with the Golden TeraMai and Akasha Seichem energy.

Reiki is a very transformative healing modality and helps us to move through our life with purpose. It works by helping us to release blockages within our energetic Chakra system, in order to live at ease with ourselves, allows us to face our fears, release what might be holding us back and become the lighter, brighter person that we always intended to be.

Healing is not about ambling through a summer-flower-meadow in a white dress, without a care in the world, much and all as we would enjoy that! True healing is about being honest with yourself and active in your life. Neither is Reiki about creating dependence on anyone or anything, but rather it brings you into sovereignty and self-love.

Golden TeraMai is a very powerful energy and is very effective at cutting away that which we no longer need. It restores love, balance, harmony, courage, and truth to our lives.

I am very blessed that I met this energy on my life journey.  Sharing it with others and helping people has become a very important part of my life’s purpose.
